Responsibilities:
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
Qualifications:
Team player who believes their success is the team's success Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Currently licensed in real estate Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly About Company We are one of the top real estate teams in the Carolinas and have an extensive track record of success.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
