We are currently in need of a full-time, 2nd Shift/3rd Shift Operations Dispatcher in our Intermodal Carrier location in Spartanburg, SC.

Responsibilities for Operations Dispatcher:
- Assist with operations - Update driver dispatch as needed - Assist drivers with equipment breakdowns - Enter new orders into the system - Follow billing procedures - Inspect shipping documents for accuracy - Scan completed documents into system - Ability to effectively interface with drivers and customers - Answer phones in a timely manner - Perform other duties as needed Requirements for Operations Dispatcher:
- Must have Transportation Experience - Dispatch experience a plus - Ability to perform tasks without supervision - Strong communication skills - Safety Experience as well as D.

knowledge a plus - Associates degree preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
