Summary: Conducts facility tours. Manages the admission and inquiry process by maintaining updated bed availability and facility services information at all times. Ensure appropriate admission paperwork and signatures are obtained from residents and/or responsible parties prior to admission Maintains a working knowledge of Federal and state regulations and reimbursement Monitors, evaluates and maintains the highest level of customer service in facility.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
