Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Control Magnolia Manor Inman, a 173 bed Skilled Nursing Facility is searching for a talented Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Control!
Responsibilities: The Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Control provides educational and learning opportunities within a supportive environment that will assist clinical personnel in gaining knowledge, skills and appropriate behaviors necessary to perform assigned duties safely and competently. Coordinates learning experiences that support quality services consistent with standards and practice guidelines of the facility. Monitors the activities of all personnel to provide quality services that comply with State, Federal, and corporate standards. Provides direction and coordination of all quality assessment and performance improvement activities within the facility. Works in conjunction with the Medical Director, Executive Director and President of the Medical Staff to set vision and development of hospital staff and medical staff performance improvement activities. Maintains performance improvement data in a fashion that facilitates identification of trends. Facilitates performance improvement team activities and provides recommendations for improvement in the quality of processes being evaluated by the teams. Coordinates all infection control initiatives to comply with all CDC, OSHA and State Regulations. Responsible for surveillance and data collection activities. Will also be responsible for Employee Health.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
